Summer Solstice Meditation 2019: Illuminate Your Path

Words by Jennifer Mulholland and music by Jeff Shuck.

The longest day and the shortest night is upon us! Welcome to the Summer Solstice.

The light shines bright into creation, illuminating all that is good, all that is hopeful, and all that is becoming. A new chapter awaits as you walk your path of life.

We invite you to pause, to breathe, and to BE . Inhale the light into your body, mind and soul. Exhale any tension, dis-ease, discomfort, worry, and doubt.

Close your eyes … and settle.
