Soul Guide•Spiritual Teacher • Craftswoman of Sacred Containers
I guide those seeking deeper connection, clarity, and awakening —
helping you reconnect with yourself, trust your intuition, and let your soul lead.
Listening & Leaping
I’ve always felt guided — by intuition, by knowing, by a full-body sense of truth deep within me.
Over time, I learned to trust it. To follow it. To listen — and to leap.
That connection began early in my life.
My grandmother was a third-degree Reiki healer, and my mother introduced me to many spiritual traditions from a young age. By the time I was ten, I was already exploring meditation, energy, intuition, and the unseen dimensions of life.
As I grew older, that inner knowing continued to shape my path.
Going into my senior year as captain of the University of Delaware lacrosse team, I felt an undeniable call to move west and be near the mountains.
I remember putting a map on the floor and searching for where I was meant to go. When I discovered the University of Utah, something inside me immediately knew: this was the place.
It didn’t make logical sense. But something within me trusted the call.
Soon after arriving, I met a Jungian psychologist and spiritual teacher who became a profound mentor in my life. Under her guidance, I apprenticed in meditation, vision quests, intuitive development, dreamwork, past-life integration, and the unseen ways life speaks when we become still enough to hear it.
Like many initiatory paths, that journey carried both profound gifts and difficult lessons.
Alongside spiritual expansion, I also learned the importance of discernment, boundaries, and trusting my own inner authority — especially in moments when I gave away my power in search of guidance outside myself.
Over time, those experiences deepened my understanding that true spiritual work is not about following someone else’s truth, but learning how to hear and trust your own.
At the same time, another part of me was being called into the corporate world.
I eventually spent decades leading in innovation, leadership, coaching, and organizational transformation — guiding people and organizations through growth, reinvention, and change.
For years, I walked between those worlds.
Strategy and soul.
Structure and intuition.
Achievement and awakening.
And again and again, life asked me to listen deeply and leap before certainty arrived.
One of the most defining moments came when my son experienced a sudden injury that left his leg paralyzed.
The doctors told us to wait. But something deep within me said otherwise.
Trusting that inner knowing led us to a neurosurgeon who rewired the nerves in his leg.
Movement returned. And something inside me crystallized into clarity:
When we learn to truly listen, life speaks.
What once felt like separate worlds slowly began to weave themselves together.
I came to understand that my role is not to give people answers, but to create the conditions for truth to emerge from within them.
Through soul readings, meditation, retreats, sacred community, and conscious conversation, I create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and allow their deepest knowing to rise to the surface.
Because the deepest transformation often begins the moment we stop searching outside ourselves and learn to trust what we already know within.
When The Whisper Became Clear
After more than a decade of co-leading Plenty Consulting and co-authoring Leading With Light, the work was everything I had hoped it would be — meaningful, impactful, creatively fulfilling, and deeply aligned in many ways.
And still, beneath the success, a quieter voice kept calling.
Not loudly.
Not urgently.
But steadily.
This chapter is complete.
There is more for you to do.
What I was being asked to leave was not failure, but familiarity.
An identity I had outgrown.
A version of myself that had carried me faithfully, but no longer fully reflected who I was becoming.
Listening required courage.
Leaping required trust.
There was no clear roadmap for what came next.
Only an inner knowing I could no longer ignore.
So I chose to follow the call of my soul — to teach what I had lived, to guide others in listening within, and to devote myself fully to the work that had been quietly asking for my wholehearted commitment all along.
That choice changed my life.
It deepened my trust in intuition.
It reshaped my understanding of success.
And it showed me that the moments we are most afraid to leap are often the very moments that lead us home to ourselves.
Who I Am
I’m Jennifer Mulholland — a soul guide, modern mystic, spiritual teacher, retreat leader, author, and craftswoman of sacred containers.
I create spaces for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, awaken their intuition, and remember the deeper truth of who they are.
Through soul readings, intuitive coaching, guided meditation, spiritual teaching, retreats, sacred community, and conscious conversation, I support people through life’s threshold moments — helping them reconnect with themselves, trust their inner knowing, and let their soul lead.
My work bridges the mystical and the grounded — weaving together intuition, embodiment, emotional truth, energetic awareness, and lived experience in a way that feels spacious, human, and deeply real.
Before this chapter, I spent decades in executive leadership, coaching, consulting, and organizational transformation. Today, that wisdom lives underneath the work rather than at the center of it.
At the heart of everything I create is a simple intention:
To craft fields of presence where people can hear themselves again.
Guiding Leaders & Organizations Around The World
For decades, I’ve guided leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and purpose-driven organizations through growth, reinvention, complexity, and change — helping them navigate what’s emerging while staying connected to what matters most.
Before devoting myself fully to this chapter of my work, I co-led Plenty Consulting and served as Chief Innovation Officer for a Fortune 500 company, where I guided strategy, leadership development, organizational transformation, and visioning work across industries and around the world.
Over the years, my clients have included global brands, nonprofits, healthcare systems, and mission-driven organizations such as Fidelity Charitable, World Wildlife Fund, Wounded Warrior Project, Fred Hutch Cancer Center, American Cancer Society, City of Hope, PBS, the Museum of Science, Maker’s Mark, Jim Beam, Blue Bunny Ice Cream, PBS, and many others seeking to lead with greater purpose, humanity, and alignment.
My work has included:
- facilitating immersive retreats and transformational experiences for leaders and teams
- guiding executives through periods of change, growth, and reinvention
- designing leadership programs, organizational frameworks, and purpose-driven strategies
- helping individuals and organizations integrate clarity, culture, innovation, and heart-centered leadership
No matter the setting — boardroom, retreat space, sacred circle, or one-on-one conversation — the deeper intention has remained the same: To create environments where people can slow down, listen more deeply, reconnect with themselves, and lead from what is most true.
Where Business Meets Spirit
For much of my life, I believed I was walking two separate paths.
One rooted in leadership, strategy, innovation, and organizational transformation.
The other rooted in intuition, spirituality, healing, and the unseen dimensions of life.
Over time, I came to understand they were never truly separate.
My work today lives at the intersection of those worlds — bridging soul and strategy, intuition and action, presence and purposeful creation.
My background in business and leadership allows me to work comfortably with complexity, vision, growth, and transformation. At the same time, my spiritual training has taught me to listen for what cannot always be seen on the surface — the energy beneath the conversation, the deeper truth within people and organizations, and what is quietly asking to emerge.
With a background in Exercise & Sports Science, Psychology, and Coaching, along with decades of experience leading teams, building companies, and guiding organizational change, I bring a grounded understanding of human behavior, leadership, culture, and transformation.
Alongside this work, I’ve spent decades immersed in meditation, intuitive development, energy healing, Reiki, Theta Healing, dreamwork, shamanic practices, and multidimensional healing traditions. These teachings shape not only what I offer, but how I hold space.
At the heart of it all is a simple belief: Business and spirit are not separate.
The way we lead, create, build, love, serve, and move through the world are all expressions of consciousness.
And when we reconnect with who we truly are, what we create begins to reflect that truth — whether it’s a company, a relationship, a community, a body of work, or a sacred space where others can remember themselves, too.

Writing & Speaking
I’m the co-author of Leading with Light: Choosing Conscious Leadership When You’re Ready For More — a book written for those who sense there is a more conscious, aligned, and meaningful way to live and lead.
At its heart, the book is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your inner wisdom, clarify what truly matters, and lead with greater presence, authenticity, and intention. Leading With Light is available through Amazon, Audible, Kindle, Barnes & Noble, and other major retailers.
Over the years, I’ve spoken on stages and in intimate gatherings around the world — guiding conversations, retreats, ceremonies, and immersive experiences centered around intuition, conscious leadership, awakening, presence, and transformation.
I’ve also led guided meditations and experiential practices for thousands of people, helping individuals and groups slow down, reconnect with themselves, and access deeper clarity, insight, and inner knowing.
Whether in a boardroom, retreat space, sacred circle, or one-on-one conversation, my intention remains the same:
To create environments where people feel safe enough to listen deeply, reconnect with who they are, and move forward with greater trust, clarity, and alignment.
My mission
The Heart of my Work
My path began on the lacrosse field, where I first learned the power of presence, trust, intuition, and moving in deep connection with something greater than yourself. As a two-sport Division I athlete and team captain, I experienced how leadership, energy, and collective intention can transform not only performance, but people.
Years later, I brought the sport of women’s lacrosse to Utah — planting seeds of community, mentorship, and connection that continue to grow today.
I’m also a third-generation female entrepreneur, a lifelong seeker, and someone deeply devoted to beauty, meaning, healing, and the quiet wisdom woven throughout everyday life.
Today, I live in the mountains of Park City, Utah, with my husband, Kristian, our two children, and our micro goldendoodle, Toby.
Nature remains one of my greatest teachers.
It reminds me to slow down.
To listen.
To trust the timing of things.
To remember the interconnectedness and aliveness woven through all of life.
At the heart of everything I do is a devotion to living with greater presence, love, truth, and soul.
My life is my practice.
My work is my calling.
And everything I create is rooted in the intention to help people live more aligned with their soul.
A life in flow
